To the principals of "Illusion Factory":

I am writing to you personally to avoid the unnecessary mutual costs of litigation resulting from your illegal use of our company's name "Illusion Factory." We have been operating publicly as Illusion Factory since 1980 and all of your public uses of the name and the web sites in that name must be terminated immediately. If you do not choose to do this willingly, then I will have no other choice but to assign one of our attorneys to the matter and bring all needed courses of action to bear.

I will expect your immediate cooperation on this matter so as to avoid any further time and costs associated with forcing your compliance. We will continue to moniter your site to insure that your violation of our company name terminates immediately.

The names Illusion Factory, The Illusion Factory, Illusion Factory Productions and Illusion Factory Entertainment are all clearly registered for our use within the entertainment industry -- film, television, music, electronic and communications.
